Reopening of AMD Environmental Residential Services and Coronavirus (COVID-19) Safety Protocol
Dear Valued Client:
Over the past several months, there have been many changes and challenges brought about by the effects of COVID-19. The guidelines issued by the CDC and New York State government have forced us to adapt and modify, but we are better off for it. Our employees have worked from home, our office staff reduced capacity, and we utilized virtual meeting platforms to collaborate effectively. All of these practices have been put into place in an effort to maintain the safety of all stakeholders.
Although AMD Environmental services have been deemed essential from the beginning of the pandemic, we opted to pull back on some of our residential services to do our part to reduce the spread of the virus.
Recently, AMD Environmental officially unpaused all residential testing services and our employees are prepared to meet COVID-19 safety guidelines. We feel confident that our COVID-19 safety practices, mainly derived from government issued guidelines, ensure the safety of both our employees and clients. The safety plans for the office and worksites are available for viewing upon request.
Our safety protocol is as follows:
- Field technicians will sanitize their hands immediately before entering a residence
- Field technicians will wear face coverings
- Tools will be sanitized before and after each job
- Booties or foot coverings will be worn inside a residence
- Employees have the option to stay home if they do not feel well
We remain focused on promoting the health and well-being of our employees, while continuing to deliver safe, expert environmental testing services to our clients.
COVID-19 may continue to shape our future, but we will not allow it to impact our unparalleled service and unwavering commitment to our community.
